I am best known for helping buyers and sellers with new construction and new home development projects for 17 years. I was involved in over 400 transactions of new homes and lots in new sub-divisions and partnered with over a dozen builders over the years. Just as I had done in my real estate sales business, I helped builders develop systems and use ideas to make their home-selling easier and more profitable.
