I have lived in Benicia for the last 23 years and I have loved every minute of it. This beautiful City is one of the best kept secrets in the Bay Area.

Vice President of sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific for the last 10 years and I love the Real Estate business as much as I love Benicia.

I take pride in making sure that each transaction goes well and stress free for the client. I am a trained Negotiator and will do what it takes to get the deal done in our favor and on time.

My clients quickly become friends and family for life. If I am going to sell your home or help you buy one I want the absolute best for you and your family.

Funny story about becoming a Real Estate Agent!

I spent a long time trying to decide if I wanted to be a personal fitness coach or go into Real Estate. So I was thinking maybe I should do something to get my body into shape if I am going to be a fitness trainer...

When ever I walk into the gym I always see a group of girls doing this stuff they call Pilates Reformer Training....looks pretty easy to me. I signed up for my first class....I see all the stars on T.V. doing Windsor Pilates and they look in pretty good shape....probably cause that's all they have to do...besides tell their cooks what great healthy meal they would like for dinner.

So I show up for my class....9:30 in the morning and I'm feeling pretty good....4 women & the instructor (Female) (Jane) no relation. The machine right away looked a little intimidating....now you have got to remember I have been working out for a while now...we start the class and I'm feeling pretty good...alot of stretching and alot of breathing....yup you got to remember to breath...

now I know that sounds like no big deal, but I found myself pushing and pulling and forgetting to breath.  There is a whole lot to just pulling and pushing and crossing and bending and sweating and sweating and sweating....now the girls are making it look really easy and I don't want to look bad, so I pretend like I got it with no big deal....I'm killing myself....but I'm smiling the whole time...trying to make myself look good and strong.

The whole class is an hour long and man do you go through some vigorous exersise..Still smiling (and dying) and getting complemented by my teacher...I was feeling pretty darn good... All right!...the class was over and I was wet from head to toe....I felt like I could do this everyday....no problem....

the only problem was trying to get out of bed the next morning...and after getting up the only problem was walking...and the next day was worse...I guess I hadn't worked those muscles before....like in the past 53 years.  It felt like someone had grabbed a hold of my butt cheeks and was squeezing and wasn't going to let them go....It also felt like someone had put 1000 pound weights on my calves...

This was quite the reality check I needed, so instead of going to be a personal trainer I decided to go into Real Estate.  I might not be the most buffed dude in the office, but I believe I am one of the best Real Estate agents around.

My wife and I had been looking for my destiny in life and I came up with Real Estate.

I know your thinking "wow is he out of his mind"....that's just what Benicia and Solano County needs is ONE more Real Estate agent. Well I thought long and hard about this decision and between selling tamales on a cart up and down First Street and Real Estate I choose Real Estate.... I had to ask myself ...why do I put myself through these things?

Changing careers in the middle of my mid life crisis and picking something that I have to study for hours a day where the outcome is that 54% fail and as I'm told the average agent in California makes about 20-25 thousand a year.... I think that is right up there with selling tamales down town. I know myself ... I am not average, as a matter of fact....I'm not normal...

a friend of mine introduced me to her parents and they came up with a phrase that best defined me and that was.. "Unique" now I never asked if that was meant to be good or bad and I just left it alone. Now I pay for all the courses and I get a library of books and tapes and more books and more tapes and videos and tapes and CD's and everyone that already has a licence that I tell I am going into Real Estate tells me about failing the test and that everything that you learn about Real Estate in these books, tapes, videos, and CD's has nothing to do with Real Estate...

and when you pass...if you do..they tell you that's when they will teach you about Real Estate...OK then why am I studying 4 to 5 hours a day for eight weeks? Nobody seems to know the answer to that one. All I can say is I passed it and only had to take it once about 10 years ago

it has been the most wonderful career I have had the pleasure to be a part of. I love the people, the challenge, the negotiations, and the fact that during each transaction not only do we become friends with the clients, we become family for life.
