Get to Know Earl Crouse
With a Brokerage license in real estate spanning 18 years, my goal is to leverage my knowledge of the Northern California and Las Vegas real estate markets and my expertise in distressed properties.
My experience includes opening of an investment development firm, where I managed $35 million in land acquisitions and developments throughout Nevada and Arizona. I was involved in a variety of other activities and responsibilities which include custom home development, sales/marketing, real estate management, franchise sales, relocation and office ownership.
I am currently licensed in California with Blue Mountain Homes, LLC as the Director of Acquisitions. My day to day activities focus solely on managing incoming assets for acquisition and rehab. BMH successfully acquired 1,700 assets in 2012 and is on track to surpass 2,500 in 2013. My certifications include National Default School, Equator, RESNET and attend My services have been provided on EQUATOR, RESNET, ORT, Banker's Asset Management and New Vista. Assets have been managed directly from Fannie Mae, American Home Mortgage, Old Republic Title, National Default Servicing, Financial Asset Services and BAC,
Previously, I was employed by The Housing Authority of the County of Marin, "Marin Housing" which is a public corporation authorized to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low and moderate income people. We are empowered to undertake all activities necessary to accomplish this public purpose, including acquiring property, developing housing, issuing tax-exempt bonds, entering into mortgages, trust indentures, leases, condemning property, borrowing money, accepting grants, and managing property.
