| Earla showed us about eight houses that were within our price range and we finally found the perfect home for our daughter. I found several that were listed online, and Earla checked them out and helped us select houses that better met our needs. Kami especially helped us with many details that come with purchasing a house. She was with us when the house was inspected and worked to make adjustments on cost for things that needed repair and replacement. Kami was also with us on the day of closing. She even took the keys to the new house over to let someone in to begin carpet cleaning. This team is just outstanding, and I highly recommend. |

| Dear Earla, Thank you so much for helping us list and sell our home. You are a like a real estate fairy godmother! With one swish of your magic wand, our house was sold. I know from interviewing other agents, you put a lot of work into studying the comparatives and doing your homework to make sure we came up with the right price in which to list our house. After looking over all the data you provided us with (which was much more than any other agent provided) we knew you would be the person we trusted to sell our home. You acted very quickly to list the house - taking pictures, putting signs out, etc. I know our circumstances are not typical - having a home under contract within 48 hours of listing it. But, timing is everything and if you had not acted so quickly in putting out the signs, we could have potentially missed our buyers. Thank you keeping us informed every step of the way. | When we chose to build a house from such long distance away we knew it would be challenging; but after speaking with Earla we believed it would possible. The largest challenge would lie in keeping us engaged in the selection and building process. She put forth extraordinary effort to guide us through the choices and building stages by sending pictures, rearranging schedules to suit our travel plans, extra phone calls and responding to endless questions pertaining to the extras and upgrades. Without Earla putting forth these uncommon efforts, the process would have been much more stressful and probably would have reached the point where we would not have gone through with the purchase. Even after the sale Earla continues to ensure we are happy with our home and new environment.
