I am a "Purchase Centric" Loan Officer and a By Referral Only alumni.  The majority of my Clients are referred to me from my Realtor partners and past Clients.  My Realtor partners refer their Clients to me because I don't over promise and I will get the borrower to settlement. In fact my "pull through rate" from contract ratification to loan closings is 99.50%.

To be successful in working with today's first time home buyer(s) I believe as a Loan Officer not only must you be knowledgeable on the home buyers financing options but be willing to explain the reason behind program guidelines and loan parameters.  Further, I offer my Clients my in-depth knowledge at credit remediation which is necessary so a borrower can obtain the every increasing minimum credit score requirements in a constantly tightening lending environment.
