I'm a ...   Real Estate Broker licensed in 1994. This was a 2nd career. I worked as a sales and marketing person in the copier industry from 1970-1993. I love the real estate business. Nobody ever hugged me for helping them purchase a copy machine. I'm certified short sale trained and have helped many underwater homeowners during the downturns of 1990 and 2008. I am married to my partner Patricia and about to celebrate our 44th anniversary. I have 2 children, Michael and Laura, and 3 grandchildren. I'm grateful they're all here with us in San Diego County. I'm a veteran of the USAF serving from 1964-1968. I have lived and worked in San Diego County from 1970 to the present, with a short stay in Sonoma County from 1978-1983. I still pick up my phone and am fast to respond to clients questions and concerns.
