 I am the Broker/Owner of Value Realty, Inc located in the Quantico Va area.  I service all areas of Northern Virginia with special emphasis on working with relocating military families. I have been an active Realtor for more than 19 years and have a mortgage financing background.  I hold a Graduate Realtor Institute  (GRI) certification, a Certified Ethics Instructor, Licensed Principles of Real Estate Instructor, a Top Producer member of Prince William Association of Realtors and Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (2005). 

Whether I am working for the seller or the purchaser, I will go the EXTRA MILE to provide the quality of service and level of professionalism each client expects and deserves.  I am often willing to negoitate my commission, but I AM NOT willing to negoitate the quality or level of service I provide.  Each client will receive 100% plus in service and quality regardless of the commission agreed upon.
