Hello and thank you for stopping by my page.
My name is Dan Spencer and I am a full time Realtor working in the Denver Metro and Surrounding areas. After years working in the restaurant industry I decided to make a career change and move into Real Estate.
Working in Real Estate is the perfect niche for me. I understand that customer service and professionalism are of utmost importance and treat all of my clients with “white glove service”. I work with a great team of individuals at Aspen Lane Real Estate. Our company has been proud to serve as the preferred listing agency for Lennar, a new home builder popular in Colorado, for the past 5 years. Working with home buyers and sellers is a true passion and I feel very fortunate to be in this industry.
I have owned many homes in Colorado – currently one in Southeast Aurora. I am married to my wonderful wife and together we have two friendly dogs! I enjoy being outdoors, watching the Broncos WIN, and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer.

| Started by receiving his flyer in the mail. Called on a Tuesday, met with him on Wednesday, showed my house on Thursday and was sold on Saturday. Very impressive |

| Dan was awesome! We spent three or four Saturday mornings taking us to view properties. He was able to give us details about the neighborhoods and discuss details about the property that we may not have thought of. He called us one afternoon having come across a property that he believed we would both like. He wanted us to be able to see it first. As it turned out, he had listened to and remembered those things that both of us were looking for in a new home. The home he recommended was perfect, we both loved it. He was helpful through the entire offer and closing process; continually available for questions and offering advice. What struck me most about the experience was that Dan truly was thoughtful in the process. It did not feel like just a business arrangement in which a Realtor was going to sell us a house. It felt that he was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect house for our family. I would recommend Dan to anyone! |

| I can't say enough about how much Dan has helped us to get our house sold. His strategy was perfect, getting us multiple offers on the first day, WELL ABOVE ASKING PRICE, then helping us to choose the best among them so that we didn't have any issues. He was always one step ahead of the process and let us know everything that was going to happen and took care of issues before they even became issues. He definitely knew the market, knew how to negotiate, and was always available for every little question/request we had. I've found my Realtor for life. |
