Having lived in many states, earned many degrees, and owned many homes, I feel qualified.  I am educated in many areas that assist the real estate arena such as a finance degree, building a custom waterfront home adjacent to another owned waterfront home, owning an assumable condo that was purchased from me for another womans tax breaks, and other fun times. Living in an area that is a melting pot, it is good that I have lived in Laguna Hills, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Westport,CT, Houston, TX, Baltimore, MD, and Atlanta, GA.  I have been in Northern Virginia for 20 years.  I put my roots down.  Owning commercial real estate has helped me appreciate another side of real estate.  Working as a purchasing manager for the family's Copper Refinery was quite an experience.  Working for Mitsubishi was also very informative.  My experiences have led me to enjoy the 'people' side of life's experiences.
