Hi!  Looking for someone with experience AND a continued quest for knowlege and know-how?  Real estate has been my full time business for many years.  I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes....so I have lots of that practical 'hands-on' experience that encompasses all phases of real estate transactions....including todays 'popular' short sales and forclosures. I am Broker and have GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CFS (Certified Forclosure Specialist) designations.  I am in Washington state and work primarily in Snohomish and King County. 

I love working in the real estate industry.....even in these 'tough' times.  I live in the country with my family and horses, so a lot of properties I deal with are 'country' type....although I am equally comfortable with 'town' properties.  My specialty is 'primo customer care and service.'

I love all the new technology.  It is a challenge keeping up with it...but that is part of the fun.  However, I still know how to work the 'old fashioned' way and I notice there are still plenty who like it that way too.  So however the customer wants and needs communication, that is how the customer gets it!:)
