I am a native of Harnett County and a particularly client focussed agent. I particularly enjoy working with military, law enforcement, and service sector professionals. I spent 8 years in the military and know what the demands of service are like. I also spent nine years in the classroom as a business and marketing teacher for junior high. I believe that my level of service to my clients is second to none and particularly enjoy working with buyers that are interested in relocation to the area. I was born and raised in my local service area and know it as well as anybody.
I am experienced at working with military and public service professionals. My service in the military has given my a special ability to communicate with all ranks and speak the language. I also focus a lot of attention on relocation families and quickly market high end homes to incoming professionals. I am not interested in selling low-end fixers and trash properties but focus on well constructed, quality homes where both the buyers and sellers can be open and honest to create smooth enjoyable transactions.
