We're two of the most assessible and hands-on real estate agents in the business, and that's because we love our work and the people into whose lives we're drawn to share the emotional experience of home-buying and home-selling. 

We have a very strong Internet presence through our professional real estate web site built by Number1Experts, and we market our listings to the maximum on fourteen different real estate portals, including one where our listings are translated into thirteen languages. 

We also belong to four different multiple listing services in order to better serve clients from all over the world who want to move to the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area and nearby Ventura County.

We believe in educating, informing and advising our clients fully and candidly in all the many important and changing aspects of today's real estate market, so they can make the best decision for themselves and their families, and with the most confidence.

Basically, I would say we work with everyone who comes our way and with whom we develop a mutual connection.  Over the years, it does appear that we've worked with a lot of first-time home buyers and first-time home sellers, which we really enjoy because both of us are born teachers and love to educate and inform and bring others to a higher level of confidence and understanding when it comes to investing in real estate and other important matters.

We also work with a lot of clients who come to us via our web site, people who like to find things out for themselves and like to be left alone to do it until the moment arrives when they're ready to do business with us.  We're very patient and content to provide useful information to our Internet clients in anticipation of forging that closer relationship in the future.

When it comes to working with home sellers, we provide a broad and deep level of statistical information regarding the current market, the competition, what buyers have been willing to pay, how long the homes that sold were on the market before they sold, what percentage of price increase or reduction took place at the time they were sold, how many failed to sell, etc.  We put all of this important market information before the home seller in order to come up with the right price - not too high, not too low.   We also show the home seller how much money will be lost if the price is too high to start with, and at what cost it will be to have to reduce the price later, when the home is no longer a fresh face in the marketplace.  All of these things figure into pricing the home.  The question we ask each home seller is, do you want to put your home on the market?  Or, do you want to sell it?  When you think about it, it's a very good question!

We hold the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) certification for helping homeowners who may be challenged making their mortgage payments.  There are many solutions to avoid foreclosure and we'll make sure you know your options.
