MAINE-
I am a license Real-estate Associate Broker in
Maine . At this point I have done 100's of B.O.P.'S 
and a lot of REO.WORK - for  Banks and /or Mortgage
Companies,who have a need of work done in the
Southern / Midcoast MAINE area.
I have worked for :BANK OF AMERICA, T. D. NORTH,
COUNTRY WIDE, Many other Mortgage companies doing
both Residential and Commercial properties.
Before I became a Broker after I had  worked in the
Building trades over 40 years, I have owned and
managed apartments, built and sold houses, dealt with
Real-Estate matters,from both sides of the table.
I Can do cash for keys,trash out - and some repairs.
