This foundational period sparked a diverse career path, encompassing roles in general construction, specialized roofing projects, low voltage and alarm systems installation, as well as construction management and sales. Alongside my wife, we ventured into the real estate realm, purchasing and renovating multiple homes, gaining invaluable insights into the nuances of the property lifecycle—from acquisition to transformation.

Driven by a passion for excellence and a comprehensive skill set honed over the years, I pivoted my career towards home inspection in 2020. I am proud to hold certifications from Internachi and Inspection Certification Associates, and have further expanded my expertise by earning the CCPIA certification for commercial property inspection.
