She listened to our needs and wants and then made recommendations she felt would assist us the best and explained her reasons in detail. She was open to suggestions, knowledgeable about the area and always available to contact. We put our house on the market with Dot and with in 1 week to the day, we had an offer, an accepted negotiation and the house was inspected by the buyer. Within 10 days we were in contract with the buyer signing and placing. a deposit. Dot made the sale as easy and stress free as possible and kept us informed the entire process. She did a fantastic job. |
