|“We put our townhome at 6805 Grimaldi Ct on the market for approximately one year with little success until we took it off the market in December 2011. We kept it off the market for several months trying to decide what our next steps should be. In this interim we received letters from several real estate agents that were interested in selling our townhome. We interviewed several agents and settled on Don Johnson with Keller-Williams. Don really made us feel that he had a genuine interest in partnering with us to get our home sold. We had the home inspected and staged. Don was instrumental in the prep process from getting contractors to provide necessary services to utilizing his contractor background to provide guidance on what to repair as well as how to go about it. Don also had a stager go through the home room by room to make recommendations on ways to make the home attractive to as many buyers as possible.
