I became a real estate agent because my inherent need to help people was keeping me in a thankless corporate position. I decided if I am going to work that hard, I'd like to do it for someone I can help, who would appreciate my efforts. I found it in Real Estate. The majority of my business if from satisfied past clients and people who know me and my work ethics. I love what I do and try to make sure my clients feel like they are the only clients I have at the time.
I have a soft spot for military families. We used to be one, so I have a pretty good idea what they are going through and have to deal with. I also enjoy showing first time home buyers the ropes. From my buyer presentation to after they move in, I educate, consul and support them.
Relocating families are especially fun, because it's usually a marathon to find them the right home and negotiate a contract for them before the have to leave town again. A challenge I find invigorating. Relocation companies I've worked with include Cartus, USAA and Sirva.
Designations I hold include: ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CHMS (Certified Home Stager) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
Serving the I675 Corridor including WPAFB, Green County, Montgomery County and Northern Warren County.
