Certifications
On the buyers side, I work a lot with relocation buyers and international buyers. I love helping newcomers learn what it is that makes South Florida special. I have lived and have family and friends in several different parts of South Florida, from Coral Springs to Miami Shores to Coconut Grove, so I have a strong knowledge of the greater South Florida area. And if I don't have specialized knowledge about a place you want to consider, I will quickly do the research and learn. I also enjoy helping educate first-time home buyers on the process from start to finish.
On the listing side I work more in Hollywood and Miami Shores than anywhere else, but I am open to helping sellers in all areas list, properly market, and sell their properties. I utilize the latest technologies and tools, but only when they make sense from a marketing standpoint - not just because they are the latest and greatest.
