When a Real Estate team is called King, one might expect the Realtors to be aloof and self important. However if an agent is a member of the King Team, the client is the one who is treated like royalty. Doug and Mandy King formed the King Team more than 17 years ago as a means of better servicing their clients. The King Team has grown up with the Valley and today services the greater Phoenix area. Since its inception, Doug, Mandy and members of the King Team have sought to define the difference between The King Team and their competitors founded upon one basic idea: the job is not to deal with brick, mortar, and parcels of land, but with people. First, last and always, the business is about people. Each Team member’s goal is “to do whatever it takes to be certain that our clients know we are here to help them”.  It is not about the transaction as much as it is about Advising, consulting, advocating and confidentiality within the relationship with clients.
