HI! My name is David Wolfe, Home Inspector - Owner of Legacy Inspection Service.
Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, and integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.
Anytime that you are purchasing a property, we understand that it is a HUGE investment. Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property. We take pride in providing this service. The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations. We work directly for the client. Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed. My Promise to YouChoosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors own effort. I'll use all of my experience, training, education, and common sense to perform the best, most thorough inspection I can without any consideration of whether or not the deal will go through. I work for my clients best interests in: educating them about the home they are considering buying; whether systems are installed like they are supposed to be; whether or not the homes systems are safe; and providing a thorough, professional report which includes digital photos.
I will not find every minor defect in the home. My focus is on the big dollar items that cost serious money to repair or replace.
