I grew in big company corporate sales, human resources, training and administration before I relocated to Texas. As a single mom, I rapidly learned the importance of balancing work and personal life, focused on planning, leveraging on resources and developing relationships to get things done right the first time.
Those skills easily translated to my real estate career which started 11 years ago. I analyze your goals and devise an action plan based on your desired results full of solutions, tools, and resources. I'm an innovative, outside the box thinker. Quick witted, sharp and love using technology and social media to enhance our experience.
My innate passion for the Latino community and programs helps me deliver a message of personal growth and professional development without the essence of the message getting lost in translation.

I have hands-on experience with relocations as I learned to successfully master the nuiancess of moving my family (as a single mother) to an unknown place in the year 2000 and have helped many families relocate to Texas.
After my own divorce and a sick child, I successfully handled negotiations with my lender for my very own short sale transaction over 17 years ago and since then have specialized in negotiating and listing Short Sales and a Loan Modification after a second divorce in 2007.
My listing portfolio includes Traditional Sales, REO, VA, Condos and second homes. My clients receive respect, great care and a friend for life.
