| We moved to Steamboat mid-year 2013 and while the town is not on the large side it did take us some time to understand what was the optimal location for our family. We were fortunate to meet Darrin's through our children and appreciated his sharing his opinions and recommendations well before we engaged him as our primary agent. He has uncanny ability to cut through the noise and see listings for what they are. He's extremely knowledgeable on the markets and his insights proved invaluable. As one does we evaluated countless listings and while most may have been impatient waiting for a payday, Darrin was and is a true pro. he learned quickly what we wanted and did not want. that was very helpful in the process given many agents merely act like order takers and rarely pay attention to clients objectives. when we able to finally settle on making an offer, Darrin's attention to detail was top of line and as a result I felt very comfortable in the negotiations. We ultimately we able to purchase our new home and it was an easy process thanks to Darrin (and Jamie his assistant) We're very fortunate to have crossed paths with Darrin and his family. He's a true professional and I would highly recommend him to others if you're new to the area or a veteran. You always want someone who has your interests first and he's your guy. |

If you're looking to buy, he knows where to find tremendous value, and he won't let you over-bid for a home. Today's prices are down from where they were a few years ago, and he lives in the NOW (not the past). He's the one guy I would want on my side when purchasing a new home. |
