My name is Diane Fleming and I have over 28 years of experience in real estate finance, building/development, marketing, space planning and redesign. For most of my Real Estate career I ran a large Mortgage Banking firm in the Boston area. I worked with builders, clients and Real Estate Agents on a daily basis. But my real passion was in construction and design. During my time as EVP of mortgage operations, I  was asked to renovate the company's newly acquired historic bank property in Boston's Downtown Crossing district and simultainiously conceive and oversee the construction of its large corporate operations center. It was my first large scale project. I loved every minute it. This was a turning point in my career. Since that time, I have rehabbed and marketed several investor owned properties, and have constructed/updated many private homes for resale and pleasure as well.  I am committed to serving my clients with the most up-to-date techniques and market knowledge for selling homes. My attention to detail is unsurpassed. With my background in real estate sales and design I am able to focus on my client's needs, create and execute a working plan to bring about the most successful home-selling experience possible. I have a true passion for my profession. I bring quality and a true sense of pride and service to my clients.   

I am a HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner and have competed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource.  The Home Staging Resource is the first and only truly accredited staging training course having undergone an extensive quality control and accreditation process by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry.  I am also a member of ASHSR.

When it comes to staging vacant properties and model homes, Reflective Redesign & Staging handles everything for our clients!  We begin with a design plan based on the architectural features of the home incorporating current style trends and become familiar with the geographic and demographic data for the area. We handle the rental of furniture and accessories, 2-day staging of the home, and after the home is sold, we will coordinate the removal of rental furnishings and de-stage the home. The fees for vacant and model home staging include; initial consultation, accessories and payment for staging activities.  The monthly rental of furniture is paid directly to our partner independent rental furniture company.
