For 8 years, I worked as a legal assistant for one of the top law firms in the State of New Jersey. I was assigned to a former english teacher that became a lawyer and used her excellent writing skills to sway judges and soon she became a senior real estate attorney. I spent every day immersed in exciting real estate transactions that included multi-million dollar commercial land deals for the first Atlantic City Casinos, office builders and contracts involving the Colorado Rockies Team that moved to the Meadowlands and changed their name to the New Jersey Devils. I met many Realtors that loved their jobs and often helped keep transactions alive and without which we could not have completed our work. They usually walked away from the closing table with a big smile on their face and would often tell me I should come to work for them.

When I had my second child was born, my family moved to Jackson, New Jersey and I knew it was time to follow my gut feeling that I would like selling real estate.  I didn't like it, I LOVED it!  I found that my legal experience helped me to do a better job for my clients and I really loved not sitting at a desk all day. I found this career exciting, lucrative and a lot of fun!  I made sure I followed two rules: 1. represent your clients as if they were your family; and 2. treat everyone else as honestly as you would want to be treated yourself. This philosophy has served me well and kept me in business for 20 years.
