Everyone knows Nashville for its country music heritage, but people are often surprised at the fascinating level of diversity they discover when they visit this area. Nashville's advantageous and convenient location, combined with its friendly people, above average weather (typically speaking) and reasonable housing opportunities make it very attractive for people and businesses alike to call it 'home.'

I have lived in Nashville since 1990, and during that time, I have watched it mature into a vibrant city that has literally come alive with culture, the arts, sports and entertainment and music of all kinds, while still carefully preserving the rich traditions and historical treasures that have always made Nashville unique. It's been really amazing experiencing that growth and witnessing the transformation of our downtown skyline, but it's also refreshing that, despite the growth, Nashville still maintains its warm persona.

One of the things I enjoy most about being a Realtor in this area is the fact that there are more than 11 counties that are all within a 1-hour commute to downtown Nashville. Every county offers a unique flavor all its own, which gives my clients a wide array of options. Whether you want a swanky new condo in the heart of downtown or a historic restoration within walking distance to local bistros and shops ... or your idea of paradise is being surrounded by woods and wildlife, I know where to take you to find it.
