Deneise Fondren has lived and worked in the Shelby County, Birmingham area for over 24 years. Her long career has given her extensive experience in residential construction, business and office management, and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills.

As a real estate agent, Deneise is an aggressive and motivated salesperson who is also keenly sensitive to customers’ personal needs. She makes it a point to maintain high moral and ethical standards, respect for others, and ethical business conduct. Her youth centered around church, family and school. She has been married to her husband Alan for 21 years, and they have two beautiful daughters. Current hobbies include spending time with family, traveling, and participating in and volunteering with various community organizations. She takes pride in providing each of her clients with a relationship they can trust, and she believes in providing value and service after the transaction so that the changing needs of each client are continually met.
