Having lived in the Valley most of my life, I have come to love the community and the people that live here. Our Valley is beautiful! My contacts with professionals in the Financing, Investing, Inspection, Land Development and Construction fields, is a benefit to my clients. You do not have to delve into the real estate arena being fearful of trusting those you work with.
The human element is what makes my job so rewarding. All of my previous clients have given me their approval to use them as references and this is made available to any person(s) interested in using me for their real estate needs.
My past work experience in Human Resources, Administration and Technology have given me additional skills that benefit my clients. Being a professional with integrity and current knowledge of my field is priority!
My husband, of 34 years, and I both love to hike, golf and spend time outdoors with eachother and our Sheltie. This is a great place to live and play!
Working with First Time Homebuyers is such a thrill for me. Helping someone purchase their first piece of real estate and ending the rental scenario is so rewarding. I work with several loan officers that have great options for First Time Homebuyers. I also am a Notary and work with many financing institutions, keeping me knowledgeable in this arena.
I also work with those wanting a new home built and have brought builders and buyers together to assist them with their "dream home." Having built our two homes and being raised with a father that was a contractor has given me additional knowledge and a love for new construction.
Land Development and building new communities is also an area our team has expertise in. We have contacts with local city & county offices and know what needs to be done to pursue changes in land use.
I am a preferred realtor for America-wide Mortgage Company and am also a member of the Christian Network Association which you can find at www.hismove.com. I have also been a Notary for the past 8 years.
Working closely with my clients to list their home is a fun and rewarding experience. I do not take this lightly. A free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is done after thorough research. A personally made handout on "Staging Your Home" before you list it is reviewed and given to my clients. Our team will assist you with Staging Your Home.
