I work for Cutler Real Estate a company with 300 agents in Canton, Ohio. We have branches in Stark, Summit, Portage, Wayne and Carroll Counties. Cutler Real Estate is known for it's success with technology. I am proud to be the manager of on-line services for Cutler, developing their website, managing Internet Leads from the site and facilitating the training for the agents. I love my job and most days I truly look forward to coming in to work. My co worker Suzi and I have developed some very successful tools for Cutler. We have been very successful with Internet Lead conversion and close 11% of our leads. We are proud of putting together a virtual tour tool we call Cutler eClips. We are brainstorming experts and develop many marketing ideas and valuable solutions to be successful in a so called down market.

Certifications
My expertise is helping agents develop a results targeted website and then working with them to market their site and drive traffic to it. Our most successful agents close between 20 and 30 Internet leads per year. I offer three different three hour classes where agents can develop a web marketing strategy, incorporate the strategy in a hands on class and learn how to market their website. An eight week series of one hour classes called Breakfast Bytes is offered a few times each year. In these session I cover one segment of Internet marketing and offer a simplified version that the agents can learn and implement immediately.
