When working with buyers our first objective is to listen to our clients needs and wants and customize a gameplan designed specifically for them and their unique situation. We identify a list of homes that meet their criteria and we personally preview and/or show the homes to our clients. Once they have decided on a property they would like to call home we negotiate the best possible terms based on up to date market info and our personal knowledge of market conditions.
Creating a positive seller experience is often overlooked by agents. We seek to work with sellers to fully understand the current market conditions that have become difficult in many areas we serve. Together we create a tailored approach to getting the home sold for the most money in the shortest time. We do not practice 'buying listings' which is taking over priced listings with the hopes of getting sellers to drop the price. We will give you our honest take on the market and what it will take to get the property sold. Over pricing listings from the start can be an extremely costly decision especially in declining markets.
