Competitive by nature, Donna Ciccarelli takes her real estate business to a new level for Austin Buyers and Sellers. Her focus on client retention comes out of her genuine desire to serve those that put their trust in her.

Meet Donna Ciccarelli: As a devoted businesswoman with a background in social work, Donna has taken her passion for helping people and combined it with keen business savvy to create a client-focused agency serving both Buyers and Sellers.
Donna Ciccarelli didn’t choose real estate for a profession. Real estate chose her. Donna, who was studying social work at the time, took up real estate to help support a development company that her husband was involved in. “I left my studies to help the real estate development company continue operation after tragically losing one of its directors,” says Donna. “That was my introduction to real estate and I soon found I loved it!”
“For me, real estate is almost a ministry,” Ciccarelli explains. “I am relational.” “A connector that loves serving people.” Realizing that real estate was one avenue where she could really make a difference in the lives of people who needed her, Donna says, “This business gives me the opportunity to educate and empower my clients so that they can make an informed decision about buying and/or selling property.” Acknowledging that through real estate she could both serve people and create a dynamic business, Donna goes on to say, “real estate is a vehicle for me to positively impact the lives of those who cross my path.”
Along her journey, Donna found that she also had an interest in historic preservation. After a three year restoration of an 1870 historic home, Ciccarelli began working with the National Main Street Program promoting Bed & Breakfast businesses across Texas, Donna continues to work with the Bed and Breakfast industry in Texas handling real estate transactions throughout the state.
Donna’s talent for real estate goes beyond her passion for serving her customers. She is extremely well qualified and holds designations as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate of Realtor Institute, EcoBroker, Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and Certified New Home Specialist. She is experienced in rural properties (farm and ranch), residential real estate, commercial land sales, historic properties and residential development.
While Donna’s primary focus is the Austin Metro area, she also serves clients in the Four Points market, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown and Round Rock. “This is an area where my husband, Joe Ciccarelli and I have been extremely active,” she explains. “With Joe’s work as Principal of Four Points Middle School, we have come to know the families of students in Westminster Glen, River Place, Grandview Hills and parts of Canyon Creek.” Having served as a presenter of Texas Scholars, as a student mentor and as a former board member of the Leander Educational Excellence Foundation, Ciccarelli pursues civic involvement as a way to influence the future of Leander ISD. “With my husband’s 30 years of experience in this school district, I understand where we have been and where this area is going.”
For many Buyers and Sellers, having a real estate agent like Donna makes the whole process easier. Schooled in psychology and sociology, she knows how to listen carefully to her clients and how to work cooperatively with agents, lenders and service providers. Ciccarelli continues, “I use this knowledge every day in relating to people and it helps get the job done!” “In marketing properties, I understand how to target potential buyers for my listings to produce timely and profitable results.”
“I chose HomeCity over other brokerages because I wanted to run my real estate business as a true business”, says Ciccarelli. She goes on to say, “Most real estate brokerages do not train agents to strategically build a lifetime of relationships.” “Those relationships are what help us in working smarter, not harder.” Using in-depth analysis, multi-layered database systems, strategic marketing plans and tracking systems, Donna adds, “I use these tools to give my clients the best possible real estate experience.”
