I am Thomas Biggs.

As a creative, insightful, effective real estate consultant, I confidently work with the sure-handedprofessionals at Long and Foster Real Estate to help my clients achieve their goals.  For the past eighteen amazing years, I have systematically and relentlessly focused my knowledge, skill, and expertise on compassionately serving my clients in the ever-expandingcommunities encompassing the Washington, D.C., area.  With additional attention provided by my discerning and thorough partner and mother, Ariel Biggs, our clients receive the unparalleled guidance and treatment they deserve, fully benefitting from our new state-of-the-art offices, centrally located in North Bethesda, Maryland. 

Because we feel our role is to serve our clients’ highest needs, elevate their understanding of the real estate process, and meet them at their highest level of self awareness, we are constantly striving to improve ourselves by achieving specialized professional designations.  I am currently licensed as an Associate Broker in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.  I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®); a Graduate Realtors Institute® (GRI®); a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®); a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®); and an Internet Certified Professional (e-PRO®).  Our experience, lifelong residency in the Washington area, and our special designations give us the confidence and wisdom to carefully guide our clients toward achievement of their goals - whether selling a home, negotiating a purchase, or seeking clear counsel on specific real estate concerns.
