| THE REAL ESTATE CONCIERGE. HOUSE SOLD IN 8 DAYS! Real Estate Agent to the real estate agents! With 17 years of experience you would think this lady knows a little about how to sell a house but she does't just know a little, she wrote the book! HOME SALE My husband and I live in Newport News and were working with a real estate agent from across the water to sell our home. Needless to say, after 2 months on the market with no offers, we needed HELP from someone who knew how to get things done and could be more accessible. Searching Zillow, we found hundreds of profiles for agents and did interview 4 others before we interviewed Diane. We knew exactly what we wanted. Someone who was ECSTATIC to sell our house and could could bring more to the table than just a brochure of what kind of advertising his or her agency could provide, would fit the bill. My husband and I both have real estate licenses in other states so while I would not consider us needy, we preferred to stay overly informed of EVERY matter concerning our home sale. FIRST IMPRESSIONS Despite having to drive through weekend traffic from Williamsburg to Newport News to Diane was 10 minutes early to our first interview. She walked through our house and looked around all while smiling and being very personable and peppy. Without being snobby and without insulting us, Diane told us what could be done to help us sell our home. HOW SHE'S THE BEST Little to Diane's knowledge, we had interviewed 2 other agents from Liz Moore earlier that day and they had the same things to offer us as Diane with one huge difference. Diane was so excited to sell our house which she priced by using comparables in the AND she also offered us staging free of charge! We had already moved out of our home and it needed some extra warmth and to look lived in. Diane brought some key items in and made this happen. There isn't enough that can be said about Diane. She is the whole package and kept us informed of the goings on of anything pertaining to the staging and sale of our home. Also, per our home inspection we needed some plumbing, lawn care and electrical items done to our house. Diane had a guy for each of these and contacted them all for us so that our already busy schedules were not bombarded with meeting people to fix our home. I think calling Diane a Realtor is an understatement. Working with Diane is more like having someone take care of your every need so that you truly only have to sign contract at the end. Diane Beal is nothing short of a Real Estate Concierge. Not to mention this fantastic ray of sunshine got the selling offer on our house after only 8 days!!! It has was our pleasure to be taken care of by such a professional, informative and happy Real Estate Concierge . Cheers to Diane Beal. |
