David Knox Productions, Inc. has been in business since 1987. David has presented more than 2,000 seminars to about a half a million real estate agents in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa. David is known for delivering realistic, customer-focused methods in a style that makes audiences laugh out loud...then run out and actually use the techniques.

David is perhaps best known for his consumer DVD/video "Pricing Your Home to Sell" which agents loan to sellers to get their listings priced right. The video series contains five other DVDs addressing home preparation, selling by owner, expired listngs, selecting a real estate agent and buying a home.

David started selling real estate in 1972. He became his company trainer in 1976 then a CRS instructor in 1979. in 1983 he was named National Training Director of Merrill Lynch Realty Associates and moved to Stamford, CT. in 1987 he moved back to the Minneapolis area.

David has raced sports cars professionally. He competed against Paul Newman at Lime Rock in the mid 80s. He is still active in motorsports with motorcycles and cars and is an instructor with the Minnesota Porsche Club. If you ride with David, have your belt on tight.

David believes that the best sales people treat the business more like a game and don't take the outcome so seriously. He says "Let Go of the outcome and you'll create more income."
