First, when I take a luxury listing, I assume personal ownership of that obligation until it is completed. Many of the marquis realty groups here in Arizona will take more listings than they can service personally, leaving the sale of your most important asset in the hands of a lesser team member - or possibly not serviced at all.
Secondly, I use an "On-Point" approach when pricing your home for sale. Every zip code has a group of buyers hovering, waiting for the "next-best" home to come on that market. A properly priced home sells quickly by becoming that "next-best" home and taking advantage of a waiting pool of buyers.

| David helped our client who was at that time living in Japan purchase a house through his relatives that were here. It was complicated and VERY time consuming as everyone would review the houses and then view. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, pricing and negotiating.
