While most buildings we sell are 50,000 square feet or less, we have become experts in the field of multi-tenant buildings and commercial condominiums. Developable land in our area is very scarce so redevelopment of existing sites and working with local city governments is key in purchasing and selling commercial property in Marin and Sonoma counties.
