I have been working in Real Estate for more than 15 years as a private investor and a licensed Real Estate agent. I currently work with all types of buyers and sellers including first time homebuyers, resort/vacation and second home property sales, Real Estate Investments, Short Sales, REO (Bank Owned), HUD and other government owned properties. Over the past 15 years I have had extensive training in advanced negotiation skills, property building codes and FHA standards and guidlines, rehabbing homes from the ground up, mortgage pre approval guidance, and I also pride myself in understanding the most current technology available in todays era.
