Dave went above and beyond the call of duty. Our purchase of Real Estate was rather small when compared to the grand schemes of things. Dave did not stand to profit a great deal form our transaction. That made no difference to him and in the service we received form him. Even after this sale he continues to answer our questions and help us out with issues we have had...He was extremely personal and determined to help us find the right condo for our college son.

Dave was so very down to earth and really took the time to give us honest assessments of each property we looked at. He did not rush us into a decision to just make a sale or push us past our budget. He provided us with options that were right for us. He did not gloss over things about the properties that were not desirable so we could make a decision that was well thought out.
