My career in real estate sales started in high-tech sales. In that environment, you learn quickly what it means to work hard and have a goal in mind. Combining those skills and my personal commitment to developing trusted client relationshipshas proven invaluable. This career change has given me tremendous personal satisfaction.
I came into the business after realizing that I could make a difference in the lives of others through working my hardest for them. With almost ten years of sales experience behind me in Telecom and High Tech, I know the importance customers place on ethical practices and integrity of sales individuals. More than not, my successes were based on my relationship with the customer, not directly on the product I was selling. And it wasn't always selling them the product that earned me their respect, it was giving the right advice.
Darryll Whaley is formerly from the Santa Barbara County area. He grew up in Lompoc And graduated High School from Cabrillo Senior High School in 1984. Darryll moved to the Bay Area in December of 1993. Since that time, he has been involved in many community projects and has authored a book entitled Breaking Barriers. This book shares Darryll's journey and tells his life-transforming story in a way that will encourage and motivate you.
