The field of Real Estate is fascinating to Danni, and because of this special type of motivation, she is able to work from her heart, thus giving each client the time and attention he or she deserves.
Danni loves details, and because of her ability to organize and orchestrate well, she makes each client's transaction run smoothly from start to finish. Her extensive training and knowledge comes from many years of experience working in several areas of the real estate industry, including title searching/examining, escrow services, and mortgage lending. These previous responsibilities give her insight into the escrow process, and help close client escrow and lease transactions in a timely manner. She also has extensive training and experience teaching English as a second language, giving her insight and sensitivity to the needs of clients from many different backgrounds. She has lived and worked in several regions of Northern and Southern California, which gives her a unique understanding of California's diverse ethnic, linguistic, and cultural geography.
Within the Real Estate industry, my personal interests lie in networking with like-minded professionals in Green Building and Sustainable Community Redevelopment. My goal is to help investors increase their returnsby helping them find, purchase, and convert older, distressed properties into energy efficient, money-making opportunities, ANDfind tenants or buyersfor these attractive, converted properties. Conversion to energy efficient systems and sustainable business practices is affordable for residential and commercial building owners. ALSO, it is an important consideration to tenants and buyers looking to relocate or invest.
As energy costs continue to rise, tenants and buyers are increasingly searching for properties that already possesssolar panels and efficient appliances, water, HVAC, lighting, and landscaping systems. Owners of such properties enjoy shorter vacancy periods, increased returns, and low vacancy rates. Trends in construction are lending themselves toward sustainability. Thus, raising the standards of productivity and maintenance, while LOWERING the overall costs of such practices and conversions.
