Dana is currently a Realtor with Charles Rutenberg Realty as well as being a member in good standing with Greater Tampa Area Realtor (GTAR), Florida Association Realtors (FAR) and National Association Realtors (NAR) . As a member of Tampa Bay International Real Estate Council and International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, places he holds designations as a Transnational Referral Certified and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. As a member of the Women Council of Realtors, he was the platinum sponsor in 2007 and 2008. After graduation from Castle Heights Military Academy, Dana received degrees in Finance and marketing from University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Mississippi State University. He received his SEC series 3, 4, 6,7, 24 and 52 securities license and was a mortgage-backed securities trader. He spent a more than a decade trading FHLMC(Freddie Mac) and FNMA(Fannie Mae) securities. When he married his wife, Jennifer, she was then and is still a mortgage loan officer. She convinced him to join her as a loan officer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. For 18 years they were a mortgage team working with Realtors, builders and home buyers from all economic and ethnic walks of life.
During the volatile real estate/mortgage era of the mid 2000's, his friends/colleagues convinced him to transition from mortgages to real estate. He did and has never looked back. He still maintains relationships with pass clients that depend on his assistance with mortgage questions.
But now, along with his wife who has 26 years experience as a loan officer, processor and mortgage underwriter they make a dynamic team....covering both real estate---sales, listing, buying, property management and all aspects of mortgage lending.
