Donny is an owner/officer and one of the 4 founding members of Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri based in Joplin, Missouri. Keller Williams Realty of Joplin, Missouri was established in 2006 with only 9 agents. As of 2012 we are now the #1 and largest real estate company in Joplin, Missouri.
A past president and current director of the Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors, Donny has done far more than provide buyers and sellers with great service and excellent real estate experiences. And he's got a track record that proves it. He won the Ozark Gateway Association Rookie of the Year award in 1996, and then went on to win both the Ozark Gateway Association of RELATOR® Spirit Award 2005 and the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTOR® 2008 REALTOR® of the Year award.
An avid learner, Donny has accumulated an impressive list of achievements, including being one of the first 35 members in Missouri to earn a Master Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Certified Residential Specialist, a Sellers Representative Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Representative.
Donny is a teacher, trainer and mentors to new agents at Keller Williams Realty. As his colleagues and customers have acknowledged over the years, Donny has managed to live up to his favorite quote, from Albert Einstein, says a lot about who he is: "Try not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value."

CRB – Certified Residential Broker – Designation earned for Broker Managers exemplifies the highest level of personal achievement in real estate brokerage management - This is an elite group of individuals - 3% of all REALTORS® have met the requirements.
CREA – Certified Real Estate Agent – Fewer that 5% of agents nationwide hold this designation. The agents that have achieved CREA are recognized within the real estate industry for superior knowledge, experience, dedication and commitment to their profession.
