When I'm not working, I enjoy sprint triathlons, working out at Baileys in Jacksonville Beach, biking along 1st Street, trying new restaurants, and learning new languages. I've also helped several local charities, including: First Coast No More Homeless Pets, and Habitat for Humanity.
I love my profession, and love learning, so I have taken additional education to help me with my buyers and sellers and their specific needs. I have focused on the senior community, and have achieved my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES), which helps me with the multi-generational decision making which often accompanies senior real estate purchases and sales. I just completed the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is help by less than 4% of agents in the business.
