As The Yarborough Team, we joined The Lachicotte Company in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

Early in our lives, we vacationed at the beach in rental and family homes. In the 1990's we bought property and have created countless family memories of our own. We built our permanent home on the coast in 2004 and we enjoy it each day.
With Paul's ten years in residential construction and our combined 45 years of corporate business experience, we can add insight and direction for those who want to own, use and enjoy their place at the beach. Since Claire grew up in nearby Hemingway, SC and vacationed with her family at the beach, she has invaluable knowledge of local neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
