I'm an animal lover !!!!  There I've said it !!!  I own 3 dogs and a tortoise.  I volunteer at local animal shelters and support the Performing Animals Welfare Society which saves elephants from abuse suffered at zoos. 

I am also a full time real estate agent who answers her own telephone.  My entire working career has been devoted to real esate.  I have a great sense of humor and care about my clients. 

I received the California real estate license in 1979 and began working in the industry in the 70's at a large independent escrow company in the Los Angeles area.  I have been involved in real estate my entire working career.  I know this business and am excellent in teaching and explaining the many phases, steps and processes involved in a transaction.  I am a member of the Pismo Coast Board of Realtors and a Certified Senior Escrow Officer.  I also belong to the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  I attend trainings, seminars, classes, conventions and retreats in order to improve my skills and knowledge.  I strives to stay abreast of the laws, regulations and technology of this business which is constantly changing in order to bring my clients the very best service that is available.    

My many years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry give me a keen sense of client needs and I continually exceed their expectations.  I have total commitment to my profession, along with a great attitude and a sense of humor.  I devote myself to detail, follow through and availability.  I will be there for you at every stage of the buying or selling process.
