With over 17 years of originating and processing experience, I bring an efficient approach to the home lending process. I like to pride myself on customer satisfaction as the majority of business is by referral. I believe this is testimony to how I conduct my work and the satisfaction I provide to my clients.

I guarantee that the interest rate and closing costs I provide you at time of your rate lock on your Good Faith Estimate will match your final closing statement within $100 or I will pay the difference! I have been in the mortgage business over 15 years and pride myself on accurate, honest estimates.

I want you to be my client for life and would hate to see you fall victim to another lender's questionable business ethics.

Homestead Mortgage Company is the first local company to offer a Flat Loan Origination Fee on all of the residential loans we originate, a potential savings of 50% or more than our competitors. This equates into hundreds if not thousands of dollars in closing cost savings to you. The premise is clear; it will cost the same origination fee to process and close a $180,000 transaction as it will a $500,000 transaction. Why should you pay a higher loan fee for simply have a higher loan amount? We introduced this program to the market in April 1998 and the success has been enormous because of the significant value to the borrowers.

Every mortgage company works for a fee. What every loan shopper needs to know when comparing different loan estimates is which fees are controlled by the Mortgage Company and which are controlled by the property selection that was made. When you request your Good Faith Estimate you will need to request the same exact interest rate, term, loan amount, and lock-in time. On your Good Faith Estimate each cost will have a number assigned to it which corresponds with the line number on your Final Settlement Statement.  I will be more than happy to walk you thru the process of reviewing and comparing a good faith estimates to determine which loan option will work best for you.
