Christine married Don, her childhood sweetheart in 1974. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Christine was employed at Lubrizol Corporation and Diamond Shamrock. She retired from Lubrizol in 2004. Don, a 40-year veteran of the Painesville Police Department, and Christine have two daughters and five grandchildren. Don and Christine enjoy traveling, including their once a year trip to Maine, boating, fishing, and their four rescue furchildren, Buddy, Lucky, Harlow (dogs) and Rooster (one-eyed cat). They support Golden Retrievers in Need rescue organization (grinrescue.org) and Close to Home animal rescue (CtHAR.org.).

| In 2013, my elderly mother was charged with selling my aunt’s house on Riverside Drive. Chris was recommended by the manager of our bank. We liked her as soon as we met and hired her on the spot. She did a wonderful job of marketing and selling a difficult property. Then, in 2014 it became apparent that my mother could no longer live alone. We again called Chris to sell mother’s house. She entered the listing in the MLS on Thursday, and by Monday we had a signed sales contract. Selling the house my mother had lived in for many, many years was very difficult for her. Realizing this, Chris went above and beyond and created a photo book for my mother to help make the transition a bit easier for her. I will forever remember her kindness. |

| As an out of state seller, we needed someone to keep us in the loop at all times, and that wouldn't forget about us (ie: out of sight, out of mind). Chris did a fabulous job staying in contact via email and phone calls, kept an eye on our property when we could not, and was genuinely concerned for our financial situation, rather than her commission check. We highly recommend Chris for any of your real-estate needs, but especially recommend her if you're needing to move out of town or state. |
