To elaborate on "superior," Brian Olsen brought a thorough online and on-the-ground plan and schedule for the sale preparation, marketing and showings of the home including: pre-listing repairs, staging, local Facebook and Google Ads, inclusion into Luxury Home Magazine, pre-listing through local web sites, ads and blogs. Brian also literally brought his tool belt and helped clean and prep the house as well as meet with contractors to get our house in amazing shape. Brian executed our plan which resulted in three offers, one of which he helped negotiate to full-price. I highly recommend using Brian Olsen for listing or buying a home. | Brian Olsen not only took care of getting the house I chose into escrow, but also did a walk through to let me know if there were any problems within the house that needed to be tended to. He was also willing to help me in any way to get things done that need to be done. Very proffessional and pleasant to speak with. He deserves a 10 in my opinion. |

| We searched a target area along the Oregon Coast for 18 months with different agents without success. Brian understood our requirements and found the perfect property for us fairly quickly.
