Ana-Maria Contis's Bio

Personal Background:

Ana-Maria is originally from Translyvania, Romania. In 2000, with about $ 150 in her pocket she decided to relocate to the United States. Living and working in upstate New York she quickly learned a little bit of the English language. Approximately 3 months later she decided to move closer to a friend who lived in Sacramento, CA. Her first job in Sacramento was to clean houses. Whenever she was not working she would walk the mall, pick up applications, take them home, fill them out (with the dictionary most of the times) and drop them back off. After about 3 months of persistent follow up, she started her first retail/sales job. In the following 3 years she also taught herself how to speak Spanish and became interested in Real Estate. After working in the Sacramento market as a loan officer since 2004, in 2009 she relocated to Phoenix, AZ and subsequently landed in San Diego, CA.

During her leisure time she enjoys Ballroom Dancing, traveling, camping and spending time with her friends.

Professional Background:

Ana-Maria received her Real Estate License in 2004. Since then she has successfully helped hundreds of families realize their dream of home ownership. In 2006 she attended and graduated from the XINNIX Mortgage Academy of Excellence. This is where she learned both the personal and professional strategies for success. Lastly in 2008 she received her Broker’s License. She continues to maintain those licenses while also having her DOC license.

Dave Stapleton’s Bio

Personal Background:

Dave graduated from Fullerton College in 1979 with a Degree in Radiologic Technology. From there he went on to complete a Bachelor’s of Business Administration program in 1980. He was the Administrative Director of Radiology Services for both Alvarado Hospital and Tri-City Medical Center between the years of 1983 and 1990. In 1991 he decided to make a career change and entered into the Real Estate industry as a Loan Officer.

He has a wonderful wife of 21 years and two beautiful children. Both Sons are graduated from College, one as a Computer Programmer and the other is a Neurosurgeon. His wife works as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist at Scripps Encinitas Hospital.

During his leisure time Dave likes to cook, play golf and spend time with his family.

Professional Background:

Dave has been a Loan Officer in North San Diego County for over 20 years. He specializes in all types of financing to include Conventional, FHA and VA. He prides himself on being up to date on all the loan programs available to his borrowers and always works to find the best long term fit. He loves working with people and is challenged by situations where he can use his problem solving skills. He is licensed with the DOC here in California.
