I am a private real estate investor who thinks that realtors provide a valuable and essential service. It is my belief that realtors and brokers are true professionals worthy of the respect and admiration of the general public. Without the help of realtors, the public would be misinformed about how to buy, sell or rent a home. Real estate professionals are vital to a growing economy and responsible for what most people percieve as the achievement of the American Dream. I consider myself lucky to be both a friend and partner to this group of proud professionals.
Charles "Chip" Jenkins, Jr. is a lawyer and a real estate investor. More than anything, Chip is a frustrated writer who is badly in need of a forum to express his satircal views on the world and human behavior. Chip would like to believe that his opinions, essays and thoughts emanate from both an honest and brilliant mind. However, only you the reader can be the proper judge of that.
In this time of turmoil, everybody needs a good laugh. It is my goal to bring a smile to the face of those reading my blog. "You've got to be kidding me, right ?" is a satirical look at the human condition. I will offer my personal comedic insights on the stories of interests that occur on the news.
