I have been selling real estate both residential and commercial since 1992. I opened my own company in July or 07 great timing not sure but after spending a few years at Century 21 Associated Brokers, about 4 years at Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc and about 9 years with Keller Williams DFW office in Southlake I had learned what I liked and did not like about the big brokerages not just for myself as an agent but what I could or could not do for my clients. I am huge on trying to always do what is the best for my clients first and then establishing a great working environment for my staff.

There is also Rosanna (Melendrez) Hudson newly married to Greg Hudson (our professional photographer). She worked for a successful commercial brokerage CBRE with Larry Leon. It took me 3 years to get this great talent but she is here now. Sorry, Larry nothing personal. She is our Website Director. She manages over 360 company websites and all the training for new technology that we bring into our company to keep us on the cutting edge of the best possible exposure and customer service items we can find.
Nancy Turpin (Wardlow) She is the heart of our team she has such a hold on the goes and comings of everyone and everything. She is very well known around these parts also as she was instrumental in the growth of the local real estate magazine The Real Estate Weekly, Steve her brother did a smart thing in hiring her to help him launch that business. She simply is my right arm and most of my right brain too.
"My Girls" as I so fondly call them they are the Soul of The Sold Team. Some of them joined me at the beginning when they were not really sure where I was going but they knew they wanted to be a part of whatever it was. They trust me to have their back and to always have the clients back. I honestly can't image how lucky I could be to have such a great team of individuals who make me excited every day to show up. As, for me I am simply Cindie Stewart a very excited Realtor and love my job. I realized years ago that you can't make someone buy anything they must want it and need it. I am there to give my professional opinion with honesty, sincerity. I have found being open and authentic with myself, my family, my team and my clients I have nothing to fear or worry about. I would say that about 80 percent of the Dallas and Fort Worth would be the area we service. Parker and Wise County areas also. We have successfully sold a 1.7 million dollar home in Southlake, just under a million in Frisco, over a million in Irving both residential and commercial. We have also sold vacant land around the areas. Our average sales price is about 318,000 and that is higher than most of the agency in the area. Since I started my company in 2007 we average some type of real estate transaction ever 4 days. We love clients that want a fun and professional experience in buying, selling or leasing real estate. We have a great marketing program and it works about 94% of the time and that is what counts. There are no 100% in real estate it is a moving, living experience. So, picking an agent or company your first question should be how much time do you spend a year training on your profession. It is always changing so, if your not on top of the new issues, forms and trends then your already behind. We service Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, Westlake, Fort Worth, Haslet, Irving, Coppell, Plano, Allen, Justin, Arlington, Grand Prairie, McKinney, Carrollton, Texas.
